Fix common problems

The quick fixes for the problems people hit most.

Steps

1. Import fails: check the format (M4B, M4A, MP3, AAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF; EPUB for text) and that the file isn't DRM-protected.
2. Highlight in the wrong place: ⋯ menu → Re-sync Chapters → a stronger method; check the edition.
3. Plex won't connect: allow Local Network for Voxlight; away from home, the server needs Remote Access.
4. “Waiting to transcribe”: open History, tap Retry, let a hot device cool.
5. Storage full: remove downloaded server books (history and Moments stay), or use Hard Reset Plex.
6. Still stuck: Settings → Help & About → Export Diagnostics Log, and send it to support.
